OutFest, our National Coming Out Day (NCOD) Festival, has grown over the past 14 years into the largest Coming Out Day celebration in the world.

• Free Anonymous HIV Testing, Chest X-Rays and Breast Exams at Wash West, sponsored by Mazzoni Center
• T-shirts with the map of the Gayborhood
• Traditional "It's a beautiful day in the Gayborhood" sung by Michael Byrne
• The popular High Heel Race Contest and the famous Penis shape bagel eating contest.
• Brunch at Sisters, Woody's, Valanni's, Knock, Tavern on Camac, Venture Inn
• OVER 80 DIFFERENT ORGANIZATIONS AND COMMUNITY GROUPS networking and doing outreach
• OVER 30 DIFFERENT MERCHANTS selling and distributing their stuff
